Billed at $70 for the
first hour then Charged in 15
minute increments after
the first hour. (all
prices quoted here are

Scheduled Service
The CLS Tech Scheduled Service Plans
include multiple
service levels
that depend on
the needs of
the individual
customer. A
customer may
change at any
time to a higher
service level.
These service
plans are
based on regular
scheduled visits
by a technician
to the client’s
premises
VIP Plan
This service
plan allows the
client to
benefit from
discounted
hourly labour
rates by paying
a small monthly
fee based on the
number of
computers on
site. Suitable for
those who wish
to have VIP
service but are
not sure of
their needs and
prefer not to
have regularly
scheduled
visits.
IP Plus plan
(same as above + half-yearly preventative maintenance on all
computers
covered).
Monthly Fees
are:
$20 per
workstation
$60 per server

CAP Plans
The CAP plan is targeted
towards clients who want
to achieve a higher
level of IT support
without actually hiring a
full time employee, to
keep their computers and
network in good running
condition. The plan
provides for
a larger discount on labour rates in exchange
for a monthly base fee.
Minimum 2 hours
of
support are provided at
no extra charge each
month and each computer
covered will be
scheduled with a
Half yearly preventative maintenance
service on all desktops.
