Owner and Manager, Craig Smith has worked in the IT industry for over 15years and has  a broad range of experiences in hardware and software installation support, administration, problem solving, consulting and project management. His view is that your computer systems are there to support your Business Operations and therefore should be regularly maintained for maximum output.

Craig has a wide range of experiences in designing, installing, implementing and supporting small to large corporate networks (2-3500 PCs), both peer-to-peer and client server environments, including the provision of connections through the Internet between various Countries. He has worked in many Banks, insurance companies and international companies. In addition to his local knowledge Craig has access to many other experts in the IT Industry, all with comprehensive specialist skills particularly in technical problem solving.
